It has now become a culture in Nigeria common to all ethnic groups and zones in Nigeria that our politicians instead of rendering account of what they have done (for those seeking re-election) or telling the citizens how they hope to tackle re-occuring problems,how they will move the nation to greater height,their achievements in their private investments,academic qualifications and experience have now turned around to turn political campaigns into marketting. Gifts are shared including money to win the electorates,no body wants to do the right thing. I do not blame the citizens because the "public servants" only assume their position as "public servants" during campaign so the citizens see it as an opportunity to get their own national cake. I am against this because the money and gifts being shared during campaigns will be recoverd when the person gets into power: it now becomes a justification to loot the national treasury after all he spent a lot during the election: that is why i call on the national assembly and the INEC to make laws banning sharing gift and money during campaign. If they dont have hope of stealing from the treasury nobody will be campaigning with money and gifts. If you feel otherwise feel free to postulate
