An Indian bride dumped her groom on their wedding day Wednesday after he failed to answer a first-grade-level math question, police said Friday.

The rejected New Delhi husband-to-be was asked to add 15 and six. When he answered "17," his fiancée, Lovely Singh, walked out of the Rasoolabad village wedding ceremony and refused to return.
The mathematically challenged man, identified as Ram Baran, misled the bride's family about his lack of education, her father said.
