It was Wonderful and Educating making the switch from SYMBIAN OS to ANDROID OS.. Android Os is the best when compared to other Os out there because of its unlimited tweaking and knowledge.... By the time one thinks he/she knows it all, someone else will come up with something new... Since April 2009, Android versions have been developed under a confectionery-themed code name and released in alphabetical order, beginning with Android 1.5 "Cupcake"; the earlier versions 1.0 and 1.1 were not released under specific code names: Alpha (1.0) Beta (1.1) Cupcake (1.5) Donut (1.6) Eclair (2.0–2.1) Froyo (2.2–2.2.3) Gingerbread (2.3–2.3.7) Honeycomb (3.0–3.2.6) Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0–4.0.4) Jelly Bean (4.1–4.3.1) KitKat (4.4–4.4.4, 4.4W–4.4W.2) Lollipop (5.0–5.1)... I started the Android journey with TECNO N3 [Gingerbread 2.3] but someone else might have started with [Alpha 1.0]  Let's know the phone you started your Android journey with...  ...

Joined the android train in 2011 with Xperia Mini Pro running on Eclairs, later upgraded it to Froyo... Later Got the Xperia Mini running on Gingerbread... Since then, I've ran different mobiles on ICS, Jellybean and KitKat... Honeycomb is the only OS I didn't use in the trend, maybe cos it was exclusive to tabs... Very soon, I should be Lollipop compliant. 1 Like |

Started with tecno b3 2.3.6 to m3 4.2.2 then to HTC sensation 4.0.4 upgraded it to 4.1.2 then to HTC one v same as prev phone then to Galaxy S2 from 4.0.4 to 4.1.2 then to HTC velocity same as prev HTC's then to HTC one x 4.1.2 upgraded to 4.4.2 then back with tecno H6 4.4.2 current phone 1 Like 1 Share |
