Empty promises, all of them are the same. We need a leader who will emulate Lee Kuan
Yew,the Singapore's past leader that died few days ago,a hero who transformed singapore from third world country to an industrialised nation and one of the Asian tigers.
I don't see that in any of the contestants, bt surely, God wl provide that person for us in future.

All that has to be said is that Buhari made this promise and I would take it with seriousness, that is what integrity in character does. Jonathan can keep shouting "Second Niger Bridge" till tomorrow, it would always remain a matter of "seeing first then beleiving", because he has a record of broken promises, underperformance, and running his mouth.

jonathan just said that the alaoji power plant was previously cancelled but he had to rebuild it. if there is ome person that has d igbos @ heart it is jonathan

A state government bridge is not the same as a federal government bridge. Lekki-Ikoyi suspension link bridge is wholly state sponsored and the first of its kind in Nigeria. That's is Lagos State issue.

Under GEJ, the 2nd Niger Bridge will be the only tolled FG bridge in Nigeria. What have the Ndi-Igbo done to deserve this injustice? Let GEJ/PDP build one toll bridge each geopolitical zone to be fair.

They're both government owned bridges but that of Lagos was built with only state funds with no financing from private investors. Julius Berger is financing 70 percent of the cost of building the 2nd Niger bridge.

How much have you guys spent so far on this project (N20Billion out of N110Billion and no single pile has been drop on ground for 1.8 km old school bridge and Lagos State government spent N38Billion on a 1.45 km Tower Bridge and we can all see the complete project on ground ) where are we going in this naija

Story story, that was how the Lagos metroline project was revoked and a huge fine big enough to complete the project paid.
Do you know what it will cost to revoke that contract from Julius Berger? Where in the contract states that toll will be paid? Nonsense

We igbos are smarter than that,most of thw roads and bridges in Oyibo land were built with the People's toll.anybody that wants to vote APC because he thinks GMB will make the naira value equals to the dollar,stabilize oil price and also Build a toll free Second Niger bridge needs some serious re-orientation and is also as dumb as GMB thinks he is.....GEJtill2019

Before Fashola toll brigade no state bridge is being tolled. So their is always the first time.

Apc is collecting toll on ordinary lekki road and ikoyi bridge not to mention second Niger bridge, dey can't deceive us.
