everytime i try to pay for apps on Google , when it goes to the payment options, there are no options and its blank, can anyone help me solve this? |

Go to settings-> Account-> Remove your Gmail Account-> Then go to playstore Again and add you mail again...from there you will see add credit,debit card.. |
