Hi everyone! ! So my hair has been breaking for a while now and moved from 14 inches to 7 inches so after a while I realised this was because I wasn't taking good care of the hair. In a bid to start iI presently use vitale olive oil breeze shampoo and the mayonnaise. But I learnt the mayonnaise is heavy protein treatment and wouldn't be good for the recommended weekly washes. So pls, I need a good shampoo (preferably sulfate free) and a good conditioner for my weekly hair washes. Other good hair advice is welcomed as too much information on the Internet is not helping my confusion.

These are mostly moisturizing conditioners. For protein deep conditioners u can use organics by african best hair mayonnaise or vitale hair mayonaise
If u want to take it a step further get leave in conditioners eg cantu leave in, beautiful textures leave in conditioner etc. Then get a good moisturizer and use oils like coconut oil, olive oil 2 seal in moisture.
Sleep with satin scarf or bonnet on ur hair and stop combing ur hair wiv rat tail comb. Use wide tooth combs.
