I've learnt not to always believe a one sided story.
Ballot snatching wasn't perpetrated by only the PDP touts in Rivers,but in clip,they made us to believe that it was only a PDP thing.
Just wait until PDP brings out their own documentary of Kano,Kadunna and even in that Rivers you'd be shocked.
