No reasonable person expected APC to keep these election "promises" just like no reasonable person expected GEJ to keep his. Both PDP and APCs manifestos were uncosted and designed to win the popular vote. . . . these are soundbites for the millions of illiterates, semi-illiterates and uninformed Nigerians.

No need digging into the figures. All we know is that we have a more serious Government in charge. Like it or lump it.
