I found it amusing that General Buhari said he wasn't going to probe or punish corrupt acts comitted before May 29th 2015,as much as I respect and admire the General,he needs to wake up and smell the coffee,the treasury is empty. It has been completely looted. Oil prices are down and the Naira is in a pretty bad shape. All looted funds MUST be recovered if the new administration wants to take off on a sound footing. Proper probes must be carried out in all departments funds recovered and accounted for and all offenders jailed appropriately to serve as a deterent.
