yes it will be open towards the evening, for those that are stranded.

awwww..delta state is a cool place..I serve isoko south oleh in 2013.I really enjoyed issele ukwu.just pray u are posted to village after camp cus that is where u will enjoy ur nysc.there is notin much in asaba really....9hai I miss delta some sweet gari with banga soap and fresh catfish.don't worry u will understand what am saying soon.pray they don't post u to burutu o across water.lol
