It's no longer news that federal Civil Servants are very poorly paid. But if that's true what do we now say about state Civil Servants? The pay is annoying (30k per month for Level 8 )...

I have a lot of people thinking of quitting the state job for private investments. Is this the best idea? I personally suggested they wait and see what the new government will offer but truth be told... I am not sure what to expect for them.

Any advice?
