A lady has announced that she lost her job following a facebook post she made. The lady, Ruquayyat Tijjani Usman, shared the alleged post and the termination letter she received from her employers, Nassarawa State Civil Service Commission, Lafia, on her twitter handle. Civil service rules and code of conduct are so skewed in favour of employer that it is very difficult for an employee to have a case in this kind of situation. A lot need to be review in our rules of engagement, civil service rule and code of conduct to reflect the modern day demands.

There are better ways to call out for help, which she hasn't done.
You can start an online petition for her sake. You have a senator whom you can lobby to lobby her senator if you really want to help her, but if that woman needs help, she needs to ask appropriately.
