my dear he did, am serving in katsina he built low cost houses @ batagarawa, he built a big shopping mall, there ICT ko very massive. now let's go to their health sector in katsina cs is free, u only pay for ur antibiotics, manual vaccum aspiration is also free in katsina, u do scan for 200, u can go to d primary health center in katsina and get full treatment. Their family planning is free, am talking about implant, where u won't pay less than 15k in some places. life is easy here in katsina, we had stable light before but there's a general fall of electricity production nation wide, we receive salary as early as 22nd in katsina. indeed shema really tried ooh, good road network in katsina state

Really Good to hear that. Late President Yar Adua laid that good foundation for him and he improved on it. The next governor must act in that line (Masari) so that Katsina can continue to be in the records of sincere Nigerians and produce the more great leaders for our country

Yar'adua left 16bn NGN when leaving the office of the Governor of Katsina State with no debt. Shema took over a healthy State account, he managed to leave some money in savings, no debt too...but not as much development or savings as Yar'adua, but he did better than most Governors who where his peers. Give him that.

katsina is ranking high in some of these, especially, literacy level and good roads. Shema did well, but his people don't just like him because of his party and gej .

Some of them borrowed money, provided nothing, didn't pay workers and haven't paid by the debts.

Katsina is a home of Yaradua, Buhari etc, you can't have a mediocre as a governor.

The issue is not about debt or no debt balance..what we need is development.

I am not from the state and I don't know the governor but from record and live sight, I can testify to question 3. becos I have seen and met many Katsina indigens from their various educational institute sent to develop themselves by furthering their education in Msc, PHD abroad. They gave them plenty money to study with comfort but decided to add another wife.

Good to know this. But the government shouldn't give money to them in their hands nah!

He really tried especially in area of Education. At least the physical aspect. Go and see how village schools are and you will know that South West governors are learners!

If that is true, let us put tribalism aside and mark him down as future president of Nigeria. Kudos Shema.

Shema is an achiever, when you enter Katsina town you will think you are in Abuja because 95% of roads in katsina are tarred, with street lights to beautify the city in the night. The same goes for all the local governments in the state, all the roads linking one local government to another are in good condition. Both primary and secondary schools are renovated and new classrooms built across the state, the structures in these schools can beat some structures in some tertiary institution in some states. He pays workers at the end of the month, during the festive seasons(Sallah and Christmas) he pays even at the middle of the month. He has been flushing out ghost workers with his new payment scheme. Those that called him silent achiever are very correct. God bless Nigeria.
