Its no more news that four non-indigenes won federal house seats in lagos. An urhobo oghene egor, with 3 igbos. This allegedly ignited the controversial statement against the igbos and other non-indigenes by the oba of lagos before the gubernatorial elections. Similarly, we all heard of the news that made headlines on the four nigerians who contested and won parliamentary seats in the uk. However, it should be noted that the queen of england did not complain nor make any form of controversial statement. The oba should know therefore, that the world is getting globalized. 100 years from now, in lagos an hausa or igbo man may be governor.
The fact that foreigners are getting involved in government is a sign and a feature of a developed society, just like the us and uk. The oba should be happy lagos have shown such feature, when this feature spreads to the whole 36 states then nigeria will be termed as developed.
LONG LIVE THE OBA OF LAGOS, LONG LIVE NIGERIA.

Non indigenes of lagos won more than those you mentioned. A non indigene of Lagos from Ondo won the Lagos governorship in the person of Ambode. He was installed by another non indigene from Osun state(Tinubu). Lagos in actual sense is being ruled by non indigenes of Lagos. Those 'usurpers' are usually the first to shout 'leave our lagos for us' even before the true indigenes.
More often than not, whenever you see any person clamouring for non lagosians to back off from lagos,go and check,he's not really a lagos indigene but someone from a south west state who has turned his back on his state of origin to claim another person's state as his.
Irony of Lagos.
