I understand that, but in order for the world to recognise the division in Nigeria it would be very hard to fight for 7+ states, when there could be one and then terms sorted out afterwards. My idea is even a confederation fo countries since these lands can all benefit from each other.

They should make available a way for people of Lower Niger to register their names.
