For unlawfully suspending indefinitely and terminating his employment, a former employee of First Bank Nigeria Limited, Mr. Tennyson Ikpi has sued the bank for N100 billion. They is no amount too big compare to someones image or reputation he has built over the years or opportunities that may sleep off his hands as a result of the bank action. Who knows, this act by this bank can cause him the opportunity of becoming the president of this country some day. But our concern should be whether the matter was investigated by the bank b/4 taking such an action.
