While you made sense in your post, you must remember this; should criminality be justified based on the basis of who's the more artful or conscientious thief?

What am I saying? yes, while this whole situation reeks of a masterminded attack against the man, he (the defendant) laid himself open to attack by committing the crime in the first instance.
