Then NDLEA must vacate his residence.

They should learn to do their work in a more professional way. If you leave loopholes, smart lawyers will capitalize on it.

^^^Shuut it. Let the law enforcement agencies learn to do their home work well before parading themselves before cameras for praise singers and stop being vindictive. This is how efcc will rush to court without enough evidence only for us to blame the body language of the president when the case is thrown out. The courts dont rule on sentiment and rumour like in nairaland but on verifiable evidence.

And when the prosecution agencies do such a shoddy job the president too will siddon look and still sign their promotion papers and give some of them other juicy appointments, abi? Have you heard about any police or EFCC head sacked because they did poor investigations? Even the main suspect in Nyanya bombing that was purportedly extradited to face justice, extremely shoddy investigation was the reason the judge set him free, all the policemen and their bosses simply went back to their jobs to conduct the next worthless investigations. That is the situation created by an unconcerned, lame-duck presidency.

Also remember the reason Bola Ige's murder remains unresolved is lack of diligent investigation.

God bless u plenty. Simple people thinks the court is father christmas. Judges dont rule base on sentiment. Because u beleves Deziani and this man in question are corrupt and must be stoned to death, does not mean the court would give rulling in that direction.

There is no bad case to good lawyers who knows their worth. Prosecuting counsels must be up and running if they must get conviction.

They should let Buruji be. imagine an offence he was alleged to have committed 20years ago, after all, it is Oyinbo money. they have not done worst to our national thiefs but persecuting the man for over 20years alleged sin.

The US do not have any right to ask for extradition of a Nigerian when themselves do not obey international laws. Question is; will the US ever extradite a US citizen to Nigeria?
