I have a 2008 accord, bought tokunbo 27 months ago. I have never worked on the AC, and it is losing it's cooling abilities especially in the hot afternoon.

I cleaned the clogged cabin air filter myself this afternoon after watching some videos on YouTube.

I want to refill the refridgerant. The AC technician I spoke with said I need to buy only the refridgerant, that I don't need oil. He said if he collects any money for oil from me, he is just going to Chop the money, that the refridgerant for 08 accord does not need oil.

Please, is he correct, because I learnt filling refridgerant without oil can ruin the compressor prematurely?

She sent me a message after 4 days about missing me and all, I asked her if she was ready to come clean about what happened that night, she still denied everything even contradicting herself in some parts. I insisted that she was lying while maintaining my stand that she must come clean before we settle any issue. She then asked me about the pregnancy because it was beginning to get obvious, I informed her that I'm not sure that the pregnancy is mine because she's obviously seeing other guys so she should do with it whatever she deems fit. She proceeded to insult me calling me stupid and all. I asked her if she thought insults could solve anything, madam told me that I should know that she can easily sleep with any guy she fancies and pin the pregnancy on him so I shouldn't think that leaving her would make her stranded. I wished her goodluck and she went into another barrage of insults, I just blocked her everywhere and deleted all her contacts.

My friend asked me about her last night and I told him what happened and he said I shouldn't have blocked her, he insisted that I should have taken care of the pregnancy first before cutting ties with her. I would love to get other opinions on the matter.

I'm sorry for the long post, please ignore any typos, I typed on the go and yes all insults are welcome.

I've been complaining about this nonsense since.

You'll go to a bank ATM only to discover that they're not dispensing cash, yet all the POS agents around the banks all have cash. Before Ecobank Ojuelegba was demolished, there was a time I went there their atm wasn't dispensing cash, Access bank which is close to them too didn't have cash. Yet all the POS operators within that vicinity had suplurs cash. You can even request for 100k and they'll give you.

Even the banks who would manage to give you cash wouldn't give you above 10k. If you want anything above 10k go to POS.

Yesterday I made a withdrawal of 10k from a POS operator, she charged me N300. Yes you heard me right N300 to collect 10k. She told me that it's because of the new charges CBN put on them for 10k deposits and above. So if I want 50k I'll pay 1,500? What kind of robbery is that?

I've been saying this that banks deliberately starve their ATMs of money because many of them sell cash to POS operators who in return sell to customers at abnormal rates.

We are our problem in this country.

POS operators highjack cash from filling stations and wholesale food sellers, thus stopping cash from getting to the bank in the first place. They are also first to get to the atms to empty the atms of the little cash banks manage to load.

The average professional staff in a Nigerian commercial bank is well paid, and would be actually under a curse to sell cash to POS operators.

This is the reason why banks don't have cash sometimes. A politician will come and demand 200m cash and the bank will give it to him. Afterwards, no cash to dispense to ordinary citizens. It's quite pathetic.

Politicians buy cash directly from filling stations and big wholesalers selling food stuffs amd drinks....this prevents cash from coming to bank branches...that is the dynamics......
