Did you sit down to read what you have posted at all. Did you see the part that says they were enroute to China. What kind of stupid achievement is one to be jealous of. What Government forces you to injest cocaine in your Vg. As for catching them, I blame our enforcement agents for that. They should have allowed them to be caught in China. So if it were your part of the country you would have allowed them to travel with it. Pennywise pound foolish.
