I have no problem if he's getting paid that much per month just as long as the money is being used to develop the Niger-Delta area. Buhari should cancel the payments immediately if Tompolo cannot account for his spending and put in place a committee specifically designed to develop the Niger-Delta area, if the area can be developed like Lagos or Abuja I doubt the citizens would have much to complain about. I do not trust these militant leaders as most of them are corrupt, we need a check and balance system to probe their activities and if they are not willing to conform then negotiations are closed and Marshall law is declared!
