In 2012 he was ejected for not being able to pay rent of N20m reduced to N15m for him? So how was he able to rent the house in the first place? How did he plan to sustain paying the rent? What business was he engaged in since leaving government work and how much was he making? When did he rent the house? How many times had he renewed the rent, if at all?
