Kindly help a friend out using camry 99, noticed car security only sounds alarm not locking the car doors after his battery run down, he mistakenly left head light on while he travel only to come back and car didn't start, he had to remove the battery and start it with another one before replacing the old battery Thanks house for awaited response |

Being a 1999 Camry I believe your have the Remote SECURITY and Alarm device on that Car. This might be a kind of co- incident with the battery being changed. Quick Check ,!!! i. Check if all the door lock with Central lock switch @ the driver's side. ii. Check if all doors lock indivudually by trying to open them from outside individually. Iii.Check th3 battery in the remote if dead iv. If all are confirmed ok check the wiring to the securty and Alarm Control Unit installed in that car |
