That means state will be completely in charge of resources they have and only pay a certain percentage to the government at the centre. In a true federal system, there is no federal monthly subvention paid to states rather states pay to maintain the federal government.

States will also develop their land without waiting for federal government.
With my explanation, you can see that we are practicing pseudo federal system of government.

D system isn't d problem but d practitioners. D explanation u gave is great but d problem is as long as we keep seeing every system in terms of revenue, resources, subvention, naira and kobo instead of d welfare of d people, nigeria will still b stranded

Nigeria is a populous country so even IG Igbos are 18% that's almost 38 million which is a whole lot of people yorubas are around 55million
