Hi house,I've noticed dat my fried meat doesn't stay long b4 getin spoilt. Donno know wat I am during wrong. 2days ago my family traveled nd a very big goat of ours was almost dying I had 2go call a nebo 2help slaughter d goat,tot of refrigerating but changed my mind cos of epileptic power problem. Fried all d meat but am afraid of it getin spoilt b4 my family is back which is in 2weeks and d meat is just 2much 2b wasted. My question now is how do I preserve fried meat? |

mamziii:Add salt and sundry it. Hot sun and don't close it. Make sure you fry it very dry. 1 Like |

mamziii:you can immerse the meat completely in the oil u used in frying it and leave it inside. Or u can fry it very well so that it could be crispy. 3 Likes |

my dad taught me dis..put d meat inside garri,dnt sprinkle oooo put dem inside d garri nd let d garri cover d meat,m telling u ntin will happen to ur meat nd it wnt lose taste either 2 Likes |
