I always laugh when I hear statements like this. Do you know that acute illness does not offer anyone the luxury of driving to the airport not to talk of flying to any country? Try it and risk losing your the person.

The earlier the politicians equip our health facilities the better. I know very well Nigerian doctors are good except for lack of equipment to showcase their skills.

This man of kaduna state trying to be the best governor that kaduna ever had since 1999.

These guys should stop sacrificing substance at the altar of populist symbolism. From his last outing as a public servant, we know how arrogant, obtrusive, contemptuous El- Rufai was. As the head of BPE he couldn't be bothered about public sentiments in the discharge of his duty. Fraudulently Sold Nitel to Pentescope, a company with obvious lack of resources and wherewithal to make the corporation efficient and competitive. Every effort made to made to make him accountable were shoved under the carpet. His efforts as minister of Fed capital territory are very commendable, but he carried out his assignment like he was above the law. Rampant disobedience of courts orders, demolition of properties without following due process, shady land allocations to himself, his wife, his families and friends. While no one should begrudge him the good fortune of being elected a governor inspite of his antecedents, he should spare us this insulting public display of humility and concentrate on the arduous task of delivering the much needed democracy dividends to the people of kaduna state

I had a chat with a friend of mine who is an APC fellow and a close friend to El Rufai.... Some months ago actually. He warned me about this public stunts, which is geared at endearing Mr El Rufai to the wider Nigerian public and then, a campaign for Presidency on the ticket of the APC should Buhari stick by his words and completes one-term only.
