According to this twitter user, Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state took his sick 1yr old child to the Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital in Kaduna at about 5am this morning without his security detail.

The highlighted is the koko.

When he RECRUITS & promptly PAYS doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lab. technicians, administrators, accuntants etc REGULARLY for the state's general hospitals and LGA clinics with enough ward beds and appropriate equipment THEN wake us up to let us know.

For now, this is just another boju boju paparazzi governance by propaganda while LOOTING like crazy that El Rufai seems bent on doing asTinubu/Fashola did successfully with Lagos mumus for 16 years!

This man may be a good example of leadership to other people. I am watching
Let him do well in governance and not all these charades. If anything had happened to him now they would blame the security operatives. Why post it for publicity.

Election is over,he isn't aspiring for anything anymore,he is already a governor, why will he pull such a stunt?...that man is just being natural, learn to accept that

Unless he is harbouring presidential ambitions for the future. In any case, it's a good start, living by example.

Is anyone complaining about what he CLAIMS to have done or the needless PUBLICITY stunt for something that he should do ordinarily and more importantly has NOTHING related to his job description as the 1st EMPLOYEE of Kaduna state

I hope you see the difference!!!

It is obvious from your comment you have no responsibilities. You are either not married to have a child or either is married and still trusting God. No parent will play publicity stunt with the life of his child, so shut up
