Bro we do not have problem if it's sighted in other places and it's not visible anywhere here at all. In that circumstance it will be left for the Sultaan and the scholars around him to decide.

The real problem is if it's sighted here and it's not visible in other places like Saudi Arabia. Do you know what our people here will say and claim?

Besides there is a chapter in Saheeh Muslim about the issue of following one's province. I believe the chapter is named ﺑﻴﺎﻥ ﺃﻥ ﻟﻜﻞ ﺑﻠﺪ ﺭﺅﻳﺘﻬﻢ ﻭﺃﻧﻬﻢ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺭﺃﻭﺍ ﺍﻟﻬﻼﻝ ﺑﺒﻠﺪ ﻻ ﻳﺜﺒﺖ ﺣﻜﻤﻪ ﻟﻤﺎ

The National Space Research and Development
Agency says the new moon is expected to be
appear on Wednesday in various cities across the
nation.
In a statement by Head of Media, Mr. Felix Ale,
the agency said the moon would be seen on
Wednesday with the first crescent in Abuja
appearing at 6.45pm to 7.15pm with sunrise at
6.22am and sunset at 6.42pm.
Ale said, “From the far North, Maiduguri’s
appearance of first crescent will be between
7.23pm to 7.53pm, with sunrise at 5.57am and
sunset at 6.21pm. Kano and Katsina will
experience the first crescent at 7.14pm to
7.44pm, and 6.46pm to 7.16pm respectively.
“The sunrise for Kano will be 6.15am and sunset
6.40pm, and for Kastina, the sun will rise at
6.18am and set at 6.44pm.”
The agency said all relevant authorities should
take note of the moon conditions for the
appearance of the first crescent.

Just stumbled upon this thread. Our Imam make an announcement after Isha'i prayer that Jama'atul Nasrul Islam (JNI) met today in Kaduna and they agreed that today is 28th not 29th. So we should watch out for the moon from tomorrow.

evening, here in Saudi Arabia, we shall be
completing thirty (30) days of Sha’baan
(1436 A.H.), in accordance with the
hadeeth of the Messenger of Allaah (sal-
Allaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam):
«Fast when you see the crescent. If it is
obscured to you, then complete thirty days
of Sha’baan. And break your fast when you
see the crescent. If it is obscured to you
then fast thirty days» , [transmitted by al-
Bukhaaree and Muslim].
Subsequently, we shall be starting our
taraaweeh prayers tomorrow (Wednesday
17 June, 2015) after the ‘Ishaa. prayer, in
preparation for the first fast of
Ramadhaan on Thursday 18 June, 2015,
in shaa.-Allaah
