Not only dat also in d states creation too, if u look at d way Rivers state was carved u wud discover asif the intent of d ppl who created states were that if possible to cut the igbos out of the River Niger, maybe they might hv gotten professional advice on d Niger delta and potencial areas for crude oil discovery so they carved all d prominent parts of the delta into rivers state. If not for d fact that Onitsha was a prominent igbo town, I have dz feeling dat it wud hv been carved into rivers state too... because the way rivers state extends upwards almost reaching anambra/kogi is quite suspicious. my opinion doh.
