Kindly help a sister,

My tecno phantom tab was giving me headache( storage space running out,delete useless files notification, error installing apps etc) and I found out I could root it, alas! just when I thought solution had arrived, I was told to manage apps again so I just opted to reset the tab.


I have enough space to play around with now but I can't install bbm apk, all the ones I googled and tried to install(inclusive of the ones said to be compatible with this tab ) says app not installed after a while of pretending as if its installing.

Please what exactly am I not doing right or is it a reset gone wrong?
