If this was as a result of population or over population then cities like Tokyo, Singapore, new York Johannesburg would have been the dirtiest part of the world, the problem is basically bad drainage design arising from wickedly, Hypocritical and kleptocratic leadership that would prefer to use the little resources they have to fight the man at the central government than to provide basic standard infrastructure.

OP, if you are tired of Lagos, go to your state. Ambode needs to continue from where Fashola stopped in deporting people...Lagos is FULL. People should stop relocating to Lagos because human population and traffic make people go to work at 3am. Life is hard here. Nigerian govt should develop other cities.
