While I was coming from class today, I saw some guys collecting money from people to use the "walk over bridge". Is this right or wrong. Business or extortion? |

Kazrem:In a way, it's a business but a temporary one because as soon as the rain stops and the water flows into the drainages or sink into earth, that's the end. I'll see a business as one that you do regularly. I'll only be angry with these guys if the fee is exorbitant. N20 per person is not bad considering the number of people using the bridge as at the time the shot was taken. This means more people would have used it before and after the shot. |
