I.G Arase should take a clue from this initiative. It will go a long way to instill discipline in our #Hundred-police force.

Medical workers claim call duty, overtime and night allowances yet a careful check will reveal that such services are not rendered.

If you go at night, the driver will be sleeping, when you wake him up, he will tell you no petrol in the ambulance, doctors/nurses/pharmacist are giving accommodation on campus so that in emergency they can get to the clinic but when the emergency starts is when you will know how far.

No point made

After so much observation, I can confidently say that most medical workers are paid night allowances just to go and sleep, and for overtime, some only stay past their closing hour so they can finish up a nollywood movie that's showing on the hospital reception screen.

1. Give us your statistics and an objective method of collection of data, not "observation".
2. Do they sleep when an emergency happens or when it is time to give medications?

I've worked in that sector and I can tell you these people are overworked during normal duties and paid stipends compared to colleagues elsewhere. Eg, what a pharmacist assistant get as monthly salary in the US under good working conditions plus other benefits is roughly what a Nigerian pharmacist get paid per annum under poor working conditions. So don't even talk about overtime.

I'm impressed.

Lazy Nigerian workers can really form activity when someone worthy is watching.

Notice me republic.
and they are quick to go on strike. Someone has to police them. I feel sorry for the governor. Instead of focusing on more important things, you have to be playing monitor.

Cheap publicity stunt. What was his contribution towards revamping the power sector when he served as Speaker, house of Rep's? Imagine, Kaduna, Sokoto and Niger state governors all paying night visits to hospitals. Hmmmm, yeye dey smell o. Make we no begin to hear stories o

Buhari goes to his farm with photographers, Buhari goes to toilet with Photographers, Buhari goes to Mosque with Photographers, then how come his governors go to those places without photographers.

Tambuwal in the General hospital without a photographer.

APC and propaganda are like siamese twins.

My observation.

Also, don't talk about the pay because it affects every sector.

I'm busy at the moment, would have loved to go further on this discuss, but I can't.
