If you are unable or don't have the time to excercise regularly due to work or other related activities. You can simply excercise your body with this easy step listed below even when you are at work.


1. Always try to walk as much possible as you can around the office and if there is any ankle weight available put them on for an extra boost in your excersice.

2. Sometimes you need to go through the stairs. Even if your office is located on the 12th floor, walk up to a few flights after which you can take the elevator. Doing just this alone ease your heart pumping, and releases endorphins. It provides an extraordinary beginning to the day which each your body and brain will surely appreciate you for that.

3. Smooth stretches you could do at your table can be something from reaching as much as high as the ceiling with each hands, to touching your feet, to ballet plies. Ensure to present your back an excellent twist back and front to stretch both your backbone and your abs.

4. Parking. You could no longer assume that your parking spot has something to do with your health, parking in a distance can actually provide a mini cardio session.
