This is the condition of the army barracks in Effurun in Warri. A LIB reader who is a Corper doctor serving in the barracks sent in the photos. He says there's no drainage system so whenever it rains, the whole place is flooded.

Almost every barracks has bad drainage system and dilapidated structures...
same things happens in bori camp port Harcourt...Though I don't know the situation recently... bottom line is it am not surprised.
