Charge voltage for the said battery should be 12.66V.
It's better to get a CV, CC step down converter that you can use.
Lithium are very sensitive.

i have this diy 11.1v 14.4ah lion battery and 12/24v 20a solar charge controller that is connected to 150w solar panel. The charge controller charging voltage is between 14.4v to 15v max adjustable. My question now is can i charge the battery with this controller?

I can afford around 50k and I can pay today. I am not too tech savy but the monitors are 24 inches each and the laptop hp envy 13 inches. My WiFi is a Swift router. I need at least 5 hours of continuous use. I am also fine with a big powerbank that can be adapted to the use.

yes of course. You can use cells from scrap laptop batteries, though they must be tested.

By the way finally got delivery of Ur exact charger. Plenty of difference with the one myself and ceejay80s has, first urs is smaller and no charge indicator with blinking light, the fan doesn't make as much noise, the display is written in English unlike ours that's in Chinese, then ours charge at 14.3v urs charges at 14.1v on automatic settings; anyhow am yet to ascertain the true performance

Will update the house as it goes.
