It's long overdue. They have been effectively debriefed by the president and their services are no longer needed. Shows the president is not slow but knows what he is doing after all. Slow, steady and strategic in decision making is one hallmark of PMB.

The president should immediately appoint competent officers from across the country who can aggressively pursue his strategy to combat and flush out the boko haram terrorist sect. Hopefully, boko haram's end is around the corner.

Hope this brings positive results in the fight against boko haram.
