Proverbs 24:3-6 declares 'Through wisdom is an house built; and by understanding it is established:
And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.
A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increases in strength.
For by wise counsel thou shall make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety.

-This is for people with genuine concerns only and who truly need and believe in the power of Godly counsel to surmount their challenges.

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. - Proverbs 4:7. Though this passage is quoted from the book of proverbs but much more than a proverb, it's actually a foundational truth upon which every issues of life can be erected and it will still be standing. Principal here could mean basic, most important, most valuable and more. And it goes on to say, no matter what you seek, or what you desire, or aspire for, you can obtain or achieve them through wisdom, and no matter how deep into trouble you might be, or how disgusting your experiences or current situation is, through wisdom you can walk right away and out of them all.
