Duncan Mighty recently announced his wedding plans to his bae, Vivien which is set to take place on 25th of July 2015 in Rivers state.

Some parties however are not happy about this announcement, like his Babymama, Fortune Ezinne Nwadike, who delivered a baby for the Port Harcourt born star on March 2015.

She has cried out that the music star dumped her and her baby immediately after delivery, and says that the popular musician has failed to take responsibility for the child.

Ezinne has filed a lawsuit against Duncan Mighty and he has been ordered to appear in court on July 22 2015, three days before the wedding date.

Duncan Mighty camp has however reacted to Ezinne move to disrupt the wedding by referring to her as a distraction that's just bitter cause the singer is getting married to someone else.
