The question we should be asking is ,when buhari didn't have any knowledge about what our military capabilities were ,why was he promising to finish off boko haram within 2 months of taking power during his campaign? We had a government that was at the nick of finishing off boko haram only for buhari to come and slow things down? Where are the planes and weapons gej used just 12weeks back ?
