We need to put the whole issue into perspective.

Gov. Amaechi was the one who initiated the scholarship programme and he paid their fees and stipends for 3 years.

Currently the students are being owed for 9 months

Gov. Wike has offset outstanding fees for only 1 month.

If Gov. Wike finds it necessary to sing it from the mountain tops that he paid for 1 month, what should those who paid for 3 years do?
