abeg this issue with DigitalPersona thumb printing device not displaying captured finger print, what is it all abt, cuz av been stuck there for hours now.... am getting the message "TypeError: document.sidapplet.getLeftThumb is not a function".. if i make an attemp to submit. i av downloaded the Java 1.8 for my 64 bit OS, i cant still thumb print... noting is display...below is the stage i am ... pls someone help get me out of here!!!


Tried rebooting your system?

Did you see any pop-up like 'Activate Java' or Allow?

Have you tried clicking on the "Problems with Fingerprint issue"?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Ooh. You should ask via their twitter platform, they should have a solution. Send a mail and try one of their numbers

See the below and pick up a number that relates to where you are now and call to lodge your complaint because using his Jamb number is risky because you don't know date of birth which could cause you an exemption as well as avoiding future problems of investigating your NYSC certificate claim after POP
My own date of birth was used. Only the Jamb no and 2nd name are his.

Who else is having this issue? After filing everything u can't submit? When u click on submit it gives an error code? Something about been logged out and not been able to register u

thanx bro. But, what's the green card for?
The green card is basically the evidence that you actually paid for your call up letter to be printed online instead of getting it from your school.

It actually contains a mini Info about you and your registration including your PRELIMINARY CALL UP NUMBER described by the batch number, school acronym etc, though might be missing for some PCMs while others would get it through TEXT MESSAGE.

Above all, THE CALL UP LETTER HAS THE FINAL SAY ON CALL UP NUMBER.

Have you tried Remobilisation, maybe it will give you the option of thumbprinting.

pls i'm havin problem with submitting my nysc registration. when i click on submit it shows me this:
75-1205: Transaction (Process ID 242) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
