That Judge seemed to have personal hatred for Aregbesola. To be fair to him, he was paying his workers as at when due and they enjoyed 13th month in addition. The fall in Oil revenue affected his ability to pay his workers and for that Judge to hold him to that bad ransome was not fair especially from a Judge who ought to know how to thread carefully.
this is morning na , so oil revenue didn't fall anambra state at the extent they even increase workers payment. This is morning , this is effect of not sleepin well in the night when what you only do is think about people you are owing like your oga , aregba

The two above me didnt read the topic, the woman was invited to provide proof against Aregbesola so he would be nabbed if found guity.

I concur, the fact that its a public media doesn't imply we type what comes to our mind straight up without processing it first within.
Madam Judge, you do well abeg, a lot of us are following the story, this won't end in the gutters nor under the carpet

Nigeria Is a Scam. Buhari anti-corruption crusade is also a scam. Why are they trying to twist the case? What concern EFCC with the matter? Even with immunity that's on Areegbesola as a state governor? Even if they ask the house to impeach him,I'm pretty sure they won't cos of the party isshi. There was a country called Nigeria

Are you inviting the judge that wrote a petition or should you send operatives to Oshogbo to investigate the petition of the judge considering the fact that workers are being owed 8 months salary across board in Osun state & the state has received it's monthly allocation up to date.
Hope this is not a case of double standard.
good point thr bro efcc should rather come down to Osogbo nd do their job instead of these jamborees

Well, if the judge is truly sure that the accusations can be backed up, abeg go and present urself and do ur civic Duty. But if it turns out that she ain't got any fact and was just speaking as a result of hunger occasioned by Rauf's inability to pay salaries, the kinda witch and wizard hunt that will be targeted at her will be real huge
she should or efcc should come down to Osun?

You are very wrong ! He pays 13th salary. yes ! But you saying he pays salary as at when due is a big lie from the pit of hell ! In addition, the fall in the oil revenue and the subsequent drop in state revenue shouldn't warrant non payment of salary for many months. The gov himself claims that the drop is by almost 50% meaning that the state should atleast be capable of paying one salary in 2 months. Every critical thinking being in Osun state is aware that he is reckless in the manner he manages the state's funds.
If this jugde were to be a man I might hav had d same view with you, I am almost sure that this woman knows what she is saying.

Maybe EFCC has discovered skeleton in her own cupboard too. Buhari is really working to fight against corruption which the past admiration considered to be part of good governance. More grease to your elbow baba, long live Buhari, long live Federal Republic of Nigeria.

See your sentimental and one sided side, 'maybe'. Why do you always try to justify anything that concerns APC's side or our president's side? We are all human, Buhari or Aregbesola could also commit blunder. Do you expect Buhari to jail Aregbesola that stood by him with all resources at Aregbesola's disposal at the APC presidential convention when Atiku Abubakar was distributing Dollar to ensure he won. Aregbesola was among the Yoruba APC that used all his strength to rally support for PMB. Politicians would always be politicians.

First and foremost, hope this Judge has enough evidences and facts to back her allegations.
Secondly, why would EFCC invite her to Abuja instead of sending their own staff to Oshogbo to investigate?
Thirdly, why has the useless panel set by the House Assembly not reported anything?
Many question waiting for answers.

Behave yourself. You have been matured here. There are two things here; it's either they want her to present her strong evidence against Aregbe or they have a fraud case against her in the matter. Please let this sink into you, the EFCC at the moment is not working for anybody. The president has not even looked at their side yet.

Why inviting the judge to go to Abuja-does it means EFCC does not have an office in the state to carry on with their investigation? I believe as a learned judge she must have furnished her petition with substantial evidence to prove her case but trust this country she may be stepping on some toes.So they may want to cow her hence a case of witch-hunting.
Re: EFCC Invites Justice Folahanmi Oloyede, Who Accused Aregbesola Of Fraud by CountryObserver: 7:54am On Aug 03, 2015
Why is she running from the institutions she petitioned each time she is asked to come and substantiate her allegations. She petitioned the state assembly, she failed to appear before the house. She petitioned EFCC, they called her, she is running from the invite. Anyway, it's a matter of time when NJC would ask her appearance before its "D" committee.
