Saraki will not know what hit him for displaying his greed and dubious aligience to PDP on our hard fought Change Movement. If we do not fall him at the Election tribunal, then the forgery case is enough to dislodge him. I have no love for Greedy Politicians who do not even pretend to mean well for the masses. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Querty: 1. He entered into a dubious deal with PDP. In case you don't know, PDP are the people behind most of what is wrong with Nigeria. 2. He engineered the process that gave the Deputy Senate position to the PDP, that would have ordinarily been for the APC. 3. He has undermined the APC in the Senate since day one. 4. He failed to join forces with the party to continue Change campaign. His alliance to PDP means PDP will get to force Buhari to water down and policy he has. Including whoever he decides to appoint. 5. In partnership with the PDP, Saraki forged the Senate Rule as part of their quest to power. There is a clearly stated guideline on how to amend that Rule. Buhari's Change Movement will not succeed when you invite the PDP to the driving seat to undermine it in every turn. This is democracy, PDP are free to participate, but they can't be placed where they will undermine the progress and turn around in 2019 to shout Buhari has failed. Only a PDP supporter will support Saraki to remain a lone wolf and his dubious deal with the PDP. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Friends lets look at it from this angle. If the Court establishes that the said document (Senate rule) was forged as alleged(which I don't see it happening), it means that the Senators that instituted this case lack the LOCUS STANDI to file the case, based on the FACT that it was the same 'forged' document (Senate rule) that was USED to inuagurate them. Do not forget they were mere Senators-elect before the inauguration and they could not have become Senators without the inuaguration, it was after the inauguration that they could be referred to as SENATORS. In other words, you cannot stand on a stone and at the same time seek to remove the stone upon which you stand (ofcourse You will fall). Therefore if they felt that the Senate rule was forged, and it was upon the same 'forged' Senate rule that they became Senators, it means they are NOT Senators, and if they are not Senators, they lack the 'LOCUS STANDI' to file that case. The court in their wisdom will at the end of the day strick out the case, for National Peace and Total Tranquility. 2 Likes |

egift: Tambuwal upturned PDP's zoning formula and became Speaker of HoR. For four years, Tambuwal acted more for the opposition than for his PDP. You and APC tolerated it until Tambuwal's machinations helped to shift power to north and to the opposition APC. In 2015, Jega/INEC changed the order of election and adopted Card readers. Buhari won, the losers congratulated him. In 2015, NASS office changed order of election for principal officers of the Senate, some senators won the election. Buhari/APC refuses to accept the election results. Nigerian senators who won the election are being incriminated by APC/Buhari. Evil. |

mandax: Cry me a river. When you are done lying about INEC, start crying again. I repeat on a PDP supporter is supporting the Saraki direction. The election of Tambuwal was not done in the absence of other PDP members and neither was Ihedioha an ACN member. #WailingWailer 3 Likes |

Rexology: @Bold: No matter how you look at it, Saraki will be losing first. Every other Senator will be re-sworn in and fresh election for the Senate President and others will follow. @Red: What type of talk is that? You want Nigeria to keep running an illegal Senate to keep PDP happy - maka why? Don't forget that by 2019, PDP may seek to nullify everything the 8th Senate did with a single FACT that it was all based on forgery. The time to fix the mess of PDP is now! Saraki will be happy to not end up in jail. I hope he paid the Clerk well - so he can take the fall for him 7 Likes 2 Shares |

egift: If you use that foolish cry wailing term again, I conclude you are very amateurish politically. What's there to wail about power changing from one party to the other in a democracy? It's only in dictatorship that power does not change hands, and future dictatorship is what many discerning Nigerians fight against for now. Note that the inauguration of the 8th NASS was scheduled. But because some APC senators grown under political dictatorship were still waiting for who to be told to vote for in the election of Senate officers, as those APC senators were outside the premises of the Senate chambers at the sceduled time . The election had to hold as scheduled. Whose fault? The Senators in the Senate chambers at the scheduled time were disciplined politicians more than others waiting outside the chambers for directives on who they should vote. The senators in the chambers at the scheduled time are law-abiding, and are the true representatives of Nigerians and democracy. It's no help to democracy by "appointing" NASS principal officers to enable the president to become a dictator. Any attempt that upturned the election of Senate officers elected by those law-abiding Senators, in order to impose Senate officers that shall lick the assss of the executive arm of government shall result to upheaval which President Buhari and APC may not be able to control. |

bashsani: What forgery? if the need came up then, dictator Idi Amin of Uganda could use police and judiciary to establish that no hijacked French Airline landed Entebbe airport with hostages. Do not pray for grooming of dictatorship in Nigeria. An executive president without true checks and balances from an independent legislature is recipe for grooming executive dictatorship. |
