Depends on the context. If the inquiry is to test the subject's knowledge before an occurrence, Then you use 'did you know' eg -- "did you know that there was no fuel in the car before you drove it out?" If the inquiry is to test an ongoing knowledge, then you use 'do you know ' eg -- "do you know that Jide has traveled to Canada? " I hope I've answered your question. 2 Likes |
