It would drive more dangote's into building refineries in the country. I cant believe your complaining even, he is trying to kill the import business of oil and create jobs. Here you are complaining. SMH undecided
NPC is finding it difficult to sustain its own share of import deadline and you think that the Nnpc with its sacnty facilities will survive as a sole importer.the market will sky rocket.

Dangote building refineries that might not come online till 2020, is not a solution for the current petrol rationing policy.

FACILITIES? Do you know even know what an oil importer does. SMH. When you done with google, come back here to commend the works of Mr president because, you or even your sons and daughters, will get a jobs at one of the private refineries to be created by the policy.

the solution is for you to understand that the nnpc does not import by itself.it uses middlemen(contractors) on behalf of the NPC which is received into its storage facilities.
are you seeing the problem now!

With all happiness.
During GEJ, filling staions were selling at govt approved prices of #97 and later #87. Fuel was available everywhere. Throughout his 5yrs, we had only about three scarcities

The two months this Daura man has been in Aso Rock it's been between #100 - #150 depending on where you live. On a normal day, 80% of filling stations do not have products to sell.

It is your call to make and, of course, it shows in your discourse trying to hold on to a broken egg oozing putrid fluid.
Both of us don't know more than the man with the reigns of power - PMB.
So far, he is on course to stop the rot. It is only 2months+ of his presidency. Until he does something unbecoming of what is expected I remain with him. And I pray he succeeds for my kids's sake.
You rap about local content in a way that shows you know little about it. Local content has been with us for ages. That was the reason many millionaires sprung up in my locale preceding GEJ regime. The entities are called oil services companies. GEJ contribution was to expand the scope.
On your preference to go back to that era, opportunities abound. The best starting point is Otueke.

yeah!I remember PMB screaming he doesn't know subsidy.guess what "now he knows"
PMB screamed four refineries are in place, guess what, the last administration fixed them
PMB also screamed I will build refineries, guess again" he finds out the govt can't afford to build a new refinery it needs private refineries"
PMB screamed nnpc ,guess what he went to Exxon mobile to hire a GMD"

The solutions to Nigerias' oil and gas are staring at PMB in the face.
1.go past the anti gej campaigns and increase the gains of that administration
2.stay put in socialist 1984 ideals

God Bless The people of Nigeria

How is this a good news? Should we be talking about who imports fuel or how to end fuel importation? Should we be talking about who imports fuel or the price you and I buy fuel?

You worshipers at buhari's shrine have taken sycophancy to new heights
And in ur warped logic, we can just stop importation overnight when critical infrastructure to guarantee are not in place. This is a very good step towards puttin an end to importation Son!

Our refineries barely came on stream and here u are makin nonsense of your common sense. Isnt this how u folks wanted us to buy that "scamsidy" thats called subsidy removal by GEJ when our refineries were not functioning.

Common sense Mr, common sense!
