You don't need to do factory reset. Go to 'users' under settings' select guest as your user. Go back to users under and remove the guest account. This restores you to the 'owner mode' as the default user. Then restart your phone and you are good to go. In case it didn't work (of which I doubt), tell me which part you are in PH if it's near my side

I'm still on the Android One ROM and I use the Glo BIS tin. I've not tried the MTN BIS SS though but I have a feeling it should work well if only you can go through the setup carefully

Yes you are running Android One. The Infinix stock ROM is 5.1.

I hope this might help I was experiencing same issh after tried it on 2 systems .I used a Samsung USB cable, I plugged my USB cable to the system switched off my phone immediately de flashtool started procesing the scattered file I plugged it as fast as I cld.

Psiphon handler is actually better than mtn ss and one doesnt need to be rooted.... it's what I'm using currently.
