The discrimination between HND and BSC in Nigeria is serious issue that need to be check as quick as possible. As an HND graduate it is advisable to plan ahead of time the next steep to take after HND Program.

My organizational behaviour lecturer use to advice my HND friends back then that after graduation they should follow up immediately with a PGD Program to avoid the discrimination between BSC and HND.
