Google analytics and sitemeter. which one do you prefer? which one do you use and why do you think its better than the other? i used sitemeter but i am on analytics now. |

I have used both. I prefer Google analytics. From my experience, analytics offers more details *for free*. With sitemeter, sure, I got some cool stuff (like only limited me to top 100 hits per day) but for more, I had to pay money. With analytics, I get a more interactive interface. Another benefit,though probably not as important is that I can get to it via my normal google login info. I can't remember how many times I had to click "forgot password?" with sitemeter as I have so many login info to juggle. Could I have used one info for all my accounts? Sure but i don't think that is very smart. Conclusion: Analytics is bar-none. |
