If it is a country that Nigeria has tax treaty with then you can calculate if you owe Lagos State any taxes. Dear homeowners, please endeavour to monitor the people working on your site. Aside from making mistakes while doing their jobs, they could also cause some damage. I've been battling with water pipe leakage in my newly completed build. It's been very difficult to trace the leaky pipe. most of the jobs were done in my absence. We've had to excavate all the areas the water pipes run through. To my surprise, we discovered a leakage under the tiles at the small veranda in one of the apartments. We discovered that the pipe is burnt. probably due to heat, as a result of cooking by team that lived in the site during the construction. I'm aware that a team cooked in the site but I wasn't expecting them to cook on that spot. I've spent so much and still spending more to restore this(Cements, tiles, materials), just because someone wanted to save some bucks by living and cooking while working for me. The plumber did some blunders, he claimed to have tested his jobs before flooring the compound but he didn't discover the faults. 2 Likes

Please How much is tiling per sqm now on the average? I Tiler we agreed 400 naira about 3 months ago is calling 700 for me now. Said 600 last. Isn't that too high? Told him I can't do more than 500. We still dey on am. We already agreed 400 early August only for him to come and saw the tiles, he said it's big tiles. Note : Only the parlour and dining is 60 x 120. Secondly, like how much do they charge for staircase. Length is about 1.2m and about 36 steps. |
